Last updated 2026. These Terms govern your use of PodiumOne at podiumone.to.
PodiumOne (podiumone.to) provides a real-time pay-to-rank directory where users bid to hold the #1 position on keyword boards. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for complying with our Rules.
You set a maximum daily cap; our proxy engine automatically bids up to that cap to keep you at #1. You authorize PodiumOne to compute your effective bid and the time you hold #1 as the basis for charges.
PodiumOne does not charge per bid. On the Global (USD) board, charges accrue on a running tab based on the time you hold #1 at your effective rate, and are billed to your saved card (via Stripe SetupIntent) when the tab reaches $10 or at the end of each calendar week. On the Malaysia (/my, MYR) board, you pre-fund a wallet via FPX or GrabPay and the effective daily bid is deducted from your balance each day. All sales are final: there are NO refunds for time already held at #1, on either board. Failed charges or an insufficient wallet balance may result in suspension or deactivation of active bids.
Bids are a consumptive digital service. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that visibility time on the leaderboard is consumed in real-time. No refunds are provided for any time spent at any rank on any leaderboard, even if subsequently outbid or if you cancel your bid. All charges are final.
Wallet top-ups (minimum RM 20.00) are processed by Stripe via FPX, GrabPay, or card. Top-up funds are a prepaid balance used solely to pay for daily bidding on Malaysian boards. Funds already consumed as daily bid deductions are non-refundable. An unused, unspent wallet balance may be refunded on written request to admin@podiumone.to, less any payment-processing fees; PodiumOne may decline refunds in cases of suspected fraud or rule violations. Wallet balances hold no cash value beyond bidding on the platform and are non-transferable.
Brand Lock grants a permanent #1 hold on an approved brand keyword, subject to ongoing good standing and applicable fees. Approval is manual and discretionary. PodiumOne may revoke a Brand Lock for rule violations, non-payment, or fraudulent applications.
PodiumOne, the podiumone.to brand, and all platform software and design are our property. You retain rights to logos and content you upload but grant PodiumOne a license to display them on keyword boards and related surfaces. You must have the right to any content you upload.
PodiumOne is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodiumOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to PodiumOne in the preceding 30 days.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of PodiumOne after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
